Redesigned company’s entire suite of applications. Responsible for visual design, information architecture, and interaction design for all products. Created prototypes, wireframes, requirements, and test-scripts. Conducted expert usability evaluations of existing products, including field studies with actual users heading to Iraq. Wrote company user interface design guide. Evaluated hardware products for compliance with military human factors standards (Mil-Standard 1472E). Designed UI for internal development and testing tools. Worked discreetly with export-controlled software and hardware that deal with sensitive intelligence.

Senior interface designer and interaction design manager for CityTime Workforce Management Application to be used by all 84 New York City agencies and 400,000 city employees. Responsible for all aspects of visual design, information architecture, and interaction design. Created high-fidelity prototype that served as a specification for developers, a tool to elicit client feedback, and inside sales support. Worked closely with developers to ensure successful implementation of GUI spec. Helped refine the technological concepts (XSL/Ajax) that power application’s front-end. Worked closely with clients, analysts, and developers to create interfaces for biometric data collection devices, IVR system, and kiosk. Managed information architecture team.

Designed web applications for both Internet and Intranet. Modeled user behavior, produced wire-frames, use cases, and prototypes. Oversaw the work of team of designers in India, also worked with offshore developers. Spearheaded internationalization efforts.

A collaborative effort between Cyrusoft and Carnegie Mellon University to redesign the interface of the Mulberry email client. Worked as a visual design lead on a multi-displinary team. Responsible for visual interface design, prototyping, and conducting user tests.

Worked as graphical lead on the product development team. Created new features and interface enhancements for the company's software products. Designed icons, dialog boxes, and splash screens. Used flash to prototype proposed new functionality. Collaborated in the creation of technical specifications for use by the software developers.

Designed and maintained the IntraLinks corporate website the gateway for 70k+ users to access the company's application services. Prototyped new features for IntraLinks core application. Reported weekly on website and application traffic.

Played active role in all stages of development of the Gotham Gazette website. Creation of new content, marketing and traffic reporting were all under my direction. Designed multimedia features on New York City history. Performed daily site updates, and other maintenance tasks.
